The noose tightens around sacked CWG organising Committee chairman Suresh Kalmadi and nine others in a games-related corruption case. A Delhi court today framed charges against the accused for allegedly cheating, conspiring and causing a loss to the exchequer. Besides cheating and criminal conspiracy, the accused have also been charged with forgery, criminal intimidation, destruction of evidence and criminal misconduct by public servants.Recording of the evidence is set to commence from February 20 on a day-to-day basis barring Monday and Friday.
