Maharashtra Budget session: MNS holds protest over drought

The Maharashtra Opposition created a ruckus on the opening day of the Budget session. A group of MNS MLAs boycotted the Governor's customary address. The opposition parties are asking that the Governor should intervene on various issues including the use introduction of the Marathi language in the UPSC exams, water scarcity and drought.
