Rail budget 2013-14: It is a Raebareli budget, says BJP

BJP has come down heavily on Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal. BJP termed the budget as Raebareli budget and accused Bansal of ignoring NDA-ruled states. The industries bodies has given a mixed response to the Rail budget.
