The NCP and the MNS are at loggerheads in Maharasthra. Reports say suspected NCP workers pelted stones at MNS chief Raj Thackeray's convoy in Ahmednagar district last evening. NCP workers also waved black flags. The incident took place at around 8.30 pm ,about 125 km from Pune. Around 50 NCP workers had gathered at Bhingar, where Raj was visiting for party-related work, to protest against his criticism of senior party leader and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. After their leader's car was attacked by NCP workers, the MNS workers allegedly went on rampage and damaged NCP MLA Jitendra Awhad's party office in Thane near Mumbai.
