Farmers protest reaches Mumbai; MNS goons ransack office of refinery project

Farmers in Maharashtra are on edge over the MOU signed between state owned oil companies with the Saudi Aramco to set up a mega-refinery at Nanar near Ratnagiri. A day after MNS Chief Raj Thackeray came out. Strongly against the proposed Nanar refinery project in Ratnagiri, activists of his party allegedly vandalised the office of the company in South Mumbai, breaking window panes, doors and furniture.
