Charges have been framed against terrorist Abu Jundal in aurangabad arms haul case. He has been booked under section 120B, UEPA (17) Explosive substance act, Arms act, MCOCA 22, and raging war against country, member of banned org simi and lashkar e tayabba. Jundal had allegedly provided firearms, ammunition and hand grenades to the other accused and fled after a police van chased him in May 2006.
