Authorities have started large-scale evacuations in the coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh as Hudhud, a very severe cyclonic storm, heads to the state and neighbouring Odisha. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a high-level meeting today evening to review preparedness for the approaching cyclone.
