Delhi gangrape: Court to examine documents, chargesheet today

The case of 23-year-old Damini's gangrape in a moving bus in Delhi comes up for hearing in Saket Court today. The Delhi High Court on Thursday accepted a fresh status report disclosing the names of police officials patrolling the area on the night of the horrendous rape. Matters proceeded only after the city police tendered apology for not disclosing the names earlier. Today the court will take up scrutiny of the documents filed and the chargesheet against the accused.
