Delhi gangrape: Special fast track court inaugurated

Special fast track court for rape cases has been inaugurated at Saket court in new Delhi. Courts to be functional from tomorrow. The Chief Justice of India will preside over the inauguration ceremony. All sexual assault cases which are ready for trial will go to fast track mode. All the 5 courts will be functional from tomorrow. The provision also says that If the witnesses are produced regularly then the case will go on in a day to day basis. The Chief Justice of India Altamash Kabir has said that the Fast track courts will ensure speedy justice. It's good to know that after the December 16 tragic incident, people have started raising their voice on crime against women.
