Rape cases on rise in Delhi - NewsX

There seems to be no end to instances of violence against women in the capital raising questions about their safety. Just this month alone as many as 5 cases were reported, a five- year- old- girl was raped by a temple priest in Mangolpuri on the first of December. On December 3 a nine-year-visually impaired girl was raped in Central Delhi. On the same day, a woman from Africa was robbed and gang-raped in North Campus. On December 8 a minor girl was abducted and raped by her neighbour in South Delhi while on December 9, a 24 year-old-woman was gang-raped inside a doctor's house in Rajouri.
