President approves anti-corruption law in Rajasthan - NewsX

Rajasthan has taken a big leap in its fight against corruption. Pranab Mukherji , the President of India has put his stamp of approval on the Rajasthan Special Court Bill for speedy action against the corrupt public servants. Under this Act the govt would distraint, that means attach and confiscate, the property of the corrupt public servants and utilize it for public use. According to Anti Corruption Bureau of Rajasthan, the state has registered the highest number of corruption cases against public servants in the country.
