The Samajwadi Party has jolted the UPA govt. Its leader in the Rajya Sabha Ram Gopal Yadav has said that the party will vote against FDI in retail in the Rajya Sabha. The SP seems to be arm-twisting the govt over the reservation in promotion quota saying it will oppose it tooth and nail though the govt wants it passed.
