Exercise of free speech is fundamental right: Kapil Sibal - NewsX

Kapil Sibal has reacted on the Facebook post row of two girls who were allegedly arrested for posting anti-Thackeray comment. The girl and her friend were arrested on Monday and were subsequently granted bail. They were charged under section 66 (a) of the Information Technology Act, that relates to spreading offensive messages. The girl who posted the message was charged under section 505 (a) of the IPC for spreading ill-will between classes.
