The Supreme Court today stayed all proceedings in the Delhi High Court relating to 2G spectrum allocation scam which included pleas of former Telecom Minister A Raja, DMK MP Kanimozhi and corporate executives seeking quashing of charges against them. "All proceedings pending before the Delhi High Court shall remain stayed," a bench of justices G S Singhvi and K S Radhakrishnan said. The bench passed the order after CBI moved an application in this regard and cited the Supreme Court's April 11, 2011, order by which it had directed that no court other than the apex court shall entertain any application relating to the 2G case.
