Gadkari should step down from top post: Jagdish Shettigar - NewsX

More trouble for the BJP on the dissent against Gadkari front with another sign of dissent emerging. Now, BJP National Executive member Jagdish Shettigar has said the party president take a cue from senior party leader LK Advani who resigned from the Lok Sabha in the nineties after similar charges were levelled against him. Shettigar refused comment on RSS ideologue S Gurumurthy's clean chit to Gadkari. Shettigar told News X, "Cutting across party lines, its high time that there is an internal mechanism so that undesirable practices can be identified in order to have timely action."
