Reports are suggesting that Pakistan is using militants to target irrigation projects underway in Kashmir. NewsX has exclusive visuals of the Wular conservation project, where security has been increased since Wednesday. Eyewitnesses said on Wednesday, heavily-armed militants tried to blow up the concrete walls and threatened the staff and engineers creating panic in the area.
