Assam: Bandh paralyses normal life - NewsX

Daily life has been paralysed by a near total bandh in Assam. The bandh was called by the Bajrang Dal and the All Assam Muslim Students Union. Lower Assam was affected the most. The region has seen the worst ethnic violence in the past few weeks. It's been nearly a month now since repeated curfews have made normal life difficult in the region.
