As the Union Cabinet is all set to discuss the Telangana bill today, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) chief K Chandrashekhar has called for bandh in 10 districts of Telangana on Thursday against the proposed move of including more districts from Rayalaseema in the proposed state.
