Geetika suicide case: Police seeks 7-day extension of Kanda's custody - NewsX

In the Geetika Sharma suicide case Delhi Police is likely to seek extension of custody of former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda. Investigators claim that they have collected evidences which establish harassment of Geetika Sharma by Kanda. Geetika allegedly took her life on August 5 in her Ashok Vihar residence alleging that Kanda and his aide Aruna Chaddha had harassed her. Investigators had claimed that the suicide notes they recovered were written on the same day though they bore two dates.
