Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi might be feeling a little red-faced. After a meeting with RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat a group of foreign journalists claim Bhagwat ranked Bihar ahead of Gujarat in terms of development and effective governance. But now, the RSS has come out and denied Bhagwat ever making such a statement. The RSS claims, its Chief had in fact said that the people of each state feel that the model followed by their government is superior.
