Aarushi murder case: SC to hear Nupur Talwar's bail plea - NewsX

Accused of murdering her daughter Aarushi, Nupur Talwar's bail plea has come up for hearing in the Supreme Court. On the 16th of last month, a two judge bench had agreed to hear her plea and had issued a notice to the CBI to file its response on her petition. Nupur Talwar has been in jail since the 30th of April. The Allahabad High Court had dismissed her bail plea on the 31st of May. The apex court had earlier refused to give Nupur Talwar any relief and allowed her prosecution in the murder case along with her Rajesh.
