Aarushi murder case: SC to hear Nupur Talwar's review petition today - NewsX

The Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case is still hanging fire... The Supreme Court will hear a review petition of aarushi's mother Nupur against the rejection of bail plea by a sessions court. Will Rajesh Talwar be back in jail now? The Allahabad High Court is to decide on CBI's plea to cancel his bail. Trial in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case will now commence on 9th May. Yesterday, accused Nupur Talwar's lawyer cited lack of complete documents, following which the hearing was put off.
