20% voter turnout in Varanasi, 11.39% in Bihar & 20.4% in West Bengal till 9 am

Voting began in the last 41 remaining constituencies spread across 3 states including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal. 18 seats in UP, 6 in Bihar and 17 of the West Bengal will go to polls in the ninth and the last phase of the Lok Sabha Elections. This phase will have polls in the high profile constituencies like Varanasi where Narendra Modi is pitted against AAP's Arvind Kejriwal and Ajai Rai of the Congress. In the ninth phase, 606 candidates are in the fray in UP, Bihar and West Bengal.
