West Bengal recorded 53.89 per cent voter turnout till 1 pm. Polling for the third phase of assembly election to 31 seats is underway in the state. The 31 seats that are voting in Bengal today include some of the key TMC bastions such as Diamond Harbour and South 24 Parganas that will decide the fate of the Mamata Banerjee government.
