Talks between foreign secretary Ranjan Mathai and his Pakistani counterpart Jalil Abbas Jilani are underway for the 2nd day today in New Delhi. Sources have told NewsX that India is unlikely to submit damning proof in the form of dossier on Jindal to nail Pakistan for its links to terror activities. Rather India wants to wait till Jindal's interrogation is complete.
