We learn from sources that the CBI has given a clean chit to three former Maharashtra Chief Ministers who were linked to the Adarsh Housing society scam. We learn that in the draft chargesheet prepared on the case, the CBI has not included those names of Ashok Chavan, Vilas Rao Deshmukh and Sushil Kumar Shinde. In fact the only politician whose name figures in the chargesheet is former Congress MLC Kanhaiyalal Gidwani.
