According to NewsX sources top congress leaders have spoken to SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav on phone.In a joint press conference, Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee and Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh on Wednesday named Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as one of their choices for the post of President, a move that apparently left the ruling Congress party running the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) II egg-faced.
