The pressure from Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee seems to be prodding the government into wrapping up a cash-centric package for the three debt-laden states of West Bengal, Punjab and Kerala.Government sources said that although Banerjee's argument for a moratorium on loan repayment was not tenable, ways are being swiftly devised to rush a cash package to her.
