Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav has said that his party, if it comes to power, will do away with the provision of death penalty for rapists.
Speaking at a public meeeting in Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh, Yadav said, "Boys make mistakes. They should not hang for this. We will revoke the anti-rape laws."
