Congress critical of Mamata's one year tenure as CM - NewsX

Mamata Banerjee's first year in the Chief Minister's chair in West Bengal has been far from quiet, but it's not just her political opponents who are criticising her govt. On the eve of the first anniversary of the TMC govt, its ally the Congress came out with its own assessment of the Govt's performance, which is far from complimentary. Pradesh Congress Chief Pradip Bhattacharjee accused the Mamata govt of exaggerating their achievements, particularly the claim of having provided 3 lakh jobs. He was also very critical of the so called high-handedness of the TMC govt, blaming them for passing insidious comments against Congress workers, often directly targeting them.
