This time from Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, who is reportedly skipping the BJP national executive meeting for the second time in protest. The Gujarat Chief MInister is threatening to boycott the BJP national executive in Mumbai on May 24th over this.The differences between both leaders have reached such a stage that they haven't been on talking terms for many months now.
