Lt General Tejinder Singh will record his statement in the defamation case he filed against the Army Chief and 4 others. This comes only a day after three senior officials of the finance and vigilance wings of BEML were examined by the CBI on Monday. That was regarding the case of alleged irregularities in the Tatra truck supply deal to the Army. Court has already taken cognizance in the criminal defamation case against the Army Chief and four others face in court today.
