Patiala house court takes up defamation suit on Army Chief-NewsX

The Patiala House court has taken cognizance of the defamation case filed against Army Chief VK Singh in the Terta trcuk deal scam. The court has questioned why notice has been issued to all five respondents. The court will now take up the case on 10th April. Former Lt gen Tejinder Singh had filed the defamation case against the Army Chief General VK Singh.
