India News : Delhi Gangrape accused gets 3 years imprisonment

India News : The juvenile accused in the December 16 Delhi gangrape case has been found guilty by Juvenile Justice Board. The juvenile will be sent to a correctional home for a period of three years.
The Board delivered the verdict as the Supreme Court had on August 22 allowed it to pronounce the judgment in the case against the juvenile.
The pronouncement of verdict had been deferred by the Board four times since July 11.
