Kingfisher failed to pay service tax arrears; accounts frozen- NewsX

Trouble mounts for Kingfisher airlines, The Central Board of Excise and Customs has frozen the bank accounts of kingfisher airlines for its failure to pay service tax arrears . The airline had an outstanding indirect tax arrears of Rs. 720 crores of which Rs 35 crore is still due from Kingfisher.
