Govt to untangle FDI logjam ahead of all-party meet

A crucial all party meet on FDI will take place before the Parliament convenes today after a 4-day break. The outcome of the meet will chart the course for the remaining days of the winter session of the Parliament. The govt will try to untangle the FDI logjam, offering to put the FDI in retail, and possibly in other sectors like aviation, on hold. But the opposition remains adamant on a total rollback.
