India News : The Congress on Friday agreed to be a junior partner in a Jharkhand Mukti Morcha(JMM)-led coalition in Jharkhand as part of a deal in which the tribal outfit will support Congress candidates in 10 of the 14 Lok Sabha seats in the state in 2014.
