India News : Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is in New Delhi to fine-tune BJP's strategies for the Lok Sabha elections at a key meeting on Thursday.

He discusses the strategy with the BJP parliamentary board, of which he was recently made a member, said party sources. Modi may also chair a meet of the campaign committee, which he heads, and meet party general secretaries.

The meeting comes a day after the CBI claimed that Gujarat Police murdered Ishrat Jahan and three others in a fake encounter in 2004.
