India News: 12,000 people still stuck in Uttarakhand

India News: Over 80,000 people have been evacuated, including 12,000 on Sunday, to safer areas in Uttarakhand. The Air Force in its biggest operation ever air-lifted 3000 people on Sunday from the flood-ravaged state.
Still, 12,000 people are stuck in Uttarakhand and the time to rescue people is running out for the army as it has already started raining again there.
