India News: A month has passed since Uttarakhand was hit by one of the most devastating floods witnessed by man. And still the residencees of Uttarakhand have not find relief from the pain and sufferings. They are still counting the losses. Too many have died and too many are still missing. A ceremony where all the people who died in Uttarakhand will be given tributes is being organized in Har ki Pauri district in Haridwar.
