Anna writes to PM, explains stand on Lokpal

Anna Hazare's fast against corruption has entered its 11th day. Anna has written a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh clearly stating that he will continue with his fast till the Jan Lokpal Bill is passed. In the letter, Anna Hazare made it clear that if the Parliament is ready to agree on the Jan Lokpal Bill, he will end his fast. These three sticky points are - inclusion of lower Bureaucracy in Lokpal, Lokayuktas in all states and citizens charter in all ministries.
