CAG report puts Sheila Dixit in the dock

The Comptroller and Auditor General has come down hard on the Delhi government for wrongdoing in infrastructure preparations for the Commonwealth Games. The Chief Minister of Delhi Sheila Dixit has been put directly in the dock by the CAG report.
