Lokpal Bill: Team Anna denied permission to hold fast

In a bid to stop Anna Hazare's proposed hunger strike around Jantar Mantar on August 16, Section 144 has been imposed by the government in and around Parliament during the monsoon session. Hazare is likely to seek a court order to go ahead with his fast.
