CWG Scam: Opposition slams PM for ignoring Dutt's letter

NewsX has exclusive access to a letter written by Sunil Dutt in his capacity as sports minister on November 14, 2004. The letter disputes the decision to make Suresh Kalmadi the Chairman of the organizing committee saying that goes against what the GoM had decided in its meeting on 25th October the same year.
