Guanzon Slams smartmatic for ignoring protocol, making changes without permission

"This automated election system is not owned by smartmatic, it is owned by the commission on elections representing the people of The Philippines," said Comelec commissioner Rowena Guanzon regarding the issue of Smartmatic making changes in the script.
