India News: The draft joint parliamentary committee (JPC) report on the 2G spectrum allocation scam is understood to have given a clean chit to prime minister Manmohan Singh and finance minister P Chidambaram. It also disagrees with the Centre's auditor who said Rs1.76 lakh crore had been lost on account of the alleged scam.
