Congress Wins a Leaping Victory in Himachal

In Himachal Pradesh, Congress is poised for a victory with it leading in 35 seats while BJP leads in 28 seats. As far as the lead goes, BJP leads in 120, which is more than the number required to form the Government. Congress in leading in 58 seats and GPP in 2 seats. As per the latest results from Gujarat, the BJP had confirmed its victory in 17 seats. while the Congress has won eight seats and GPP none as yet.
