Harsher Punishments for Rape: Mps

Inside the corridors of Parliament outraged MPs demanded answers as to why the law and order situation in the national capital was so weak. These Parliamentarians demanded harsher punishment for rape accused urging for either the death penalty or at least punishment which will be at par with attempt to murder.
