US border with Mexico in Arizona sees rare snow event

The United States border with Mexico is known for its blistering heat but a rare snow storm turns the usual brown landscape bright white. Southern Arizona is covered with a rare blanket of snow with Tucson International Airport reporting more than an inch of snow.
