Twitter summoned | Twitter officials appear before parliamentary panel

Twitter team arrives at parliament to appear before parliamentary committee on information technology today. They have sought time until first week of March for India policy head Mahima Kaul to appear before the committee. The committee had called twitter via letter on Feb 1, to which twitter had refused to appear citing short notice of the hearing. Twitter has also sought time until 2nd week of March for the CEO Jack Dorsey to appear before parl committee.
